ENOC Signs SAF Supply MoU with Allied Biofuels Holding, Anchored to Uzbekistan Production

Dubai’s state energy group signs preliminary framework with Abu Dhabi-based Allied Biofuels for offtake from a planned 160,400-tonne bio-SAF and 257,000-tonne e-SAF plant in Khorezm, Uzbekistan, where final investment decision is targeted for Q4 2026.
